• Proven 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with measurable results
• Experience implementing service training programs with KPIs
• Strong 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and reporting
