We are hiring a Station Supervisor for a fuel station in Saudi Arabia.

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: SAR 2,300

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Supervise daily fuel station operations and staff performance
  • Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance
  • Enforce safety standards and operational procedures
  • Handle customer issues professionally
  • Monitor inventory, fuel levels, and supplies
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
  • Coordinate with Head Office
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall station appearance

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in fuel station or retail operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Ability to work shifts and under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid, transferable work authorization in Saudi Arabia
