📌 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
We are seeking an experienced 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead and oversee all aspects of corn flakes manufacturing. The role involves managing production lines, ensuring product quality, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and driving efficiency while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Manage daily production, ensuring quality and quantity targets are achieved.
  • Implement best manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve yield.
  • Collaborate with QA to meet product standards (taste, texture, nutrition).
  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of production equipment (mills, cookers, extruders, etc.).
  • Enforce strict safety and food compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  • Minimum 10 years’ manufacturing experience, with strong background in cereal production.
  • Deep understanding of corn flakes production processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
