Minimum 8 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or agriculture, including at least 5 years in horticulture, plantations, or related areas.

โข Study soil characteristics and develop soil conservation and sampling techniques.
โข Design and implement work programs for gardening, landscaping, and nursery teams, ensuring quality and performance.
โข Coordinate and oversee Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs for all landscaped areas.
โข Advise on plant pest control measures and review reports on landscape performance.
