• 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: SAR 2,200 – 3,000
• 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate
• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: SAR 400 – 500

📋 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
  • Oversee daily production operations to meet targets.
  • Supervise and support Operator Technicians and production teams.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and propose improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.
  • Coordinate with departments such as QC and Maintenance.
  • Drive staff performance, training, and discipline initiatives.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with production systems, workflow optimization, and safety protocols.
  • Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
