We are hiring Assistant Consultant – Gastroenterology.

Department: Medicine | Division: Gastroenterology
Reports to: Division Head of Gastroenterology

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized medical school.
• Successful completion of a structured, accredited residency in Internal Medicine.
• Certification in Internal Medicine approved by the Saudi Council of Health Specialties and NGHA.
• Superior performance in patient care and teaching/training.
• Medical research productivity with peer-reviewed publications is preferred.
• Fluent in English (Level 1 Essential); Arabic preferred.
• Expert-level computer skills (Beneficial).

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for gastrointestinal diseases in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic endoscopic procedures under consultant supervision.
• Supervise medical residents and participate in their training.
• Participate in on-call coverage and consultation services.
• Engage in clinical research, educational activities, and quality improvement.
• Adhere to division, departmental, and NGHA policies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
