Basic Function:

• Deliver high-quality pediatric surgical care aligned with Saudi Arabian National Guard Health Affairs standards, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and compliance with Joint Commission requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of NGHA-recognized medical school with accredited residency in Pediatric Surgery.
• Experience: Structured, accredited training in Pediatric Surgery.
• Languages: Preferred Level 1 English; basic Arabic.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pediatric care and perform surgeries within approved privileges under consultant supervision.
• Be available during working hours and on-call while in town.
• Assist with primary care and specific divisional tasks as assigned.
• Participate in training, research, and academic activities.
• Attend division and department meetings and contribute to quality management.
• Handle ER admissions/discharges during on-call shifts.
• Obtain leave approval from the Chairman and foster teamwork within the division.
• Perform additional duties as required.
