Basic Function:
- Provide high-quality urological care aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Saudi Arabian National Guard Health Affairs, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while adhering to Joint Commission standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of NGHA-recognized medical school with accredited residency in Urology Surgery.
- Experience: Structured, accredited training in Urology Surgery.
- Languages: Essential Arabic; Level 1 English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws and deliver high-standard urological care.
- Perform surgeries within approved privileges under consultant supervision.
- Be available during working hours and on-call while in town.
- Assist with primary care and divisional tasks as assigned by senior staff.
- Participate in training, education, research, and academic activities.
- Attend division and departmental meetings and contribute to quality management.
- Handle ER admissions/discharges during on-call shifts.
- Obtain Chairman approval for leave and foster teamwork within the division.
- Perform additional duties as required.
