Basic Function:

• Provide high-quality, independent patient care in Adult Hematology, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient admission, aligned with the mission and values of National Guard Health Affairs.

Requirements:

• Education: Medical degree with training certificates in Hematology.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical practice in recognized institutions.
• Certifications: Saudi Board Council registration.
• Skills: Proficiency in English (essential) and Arabic (preferred); computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care (ward rounds, clinics, on-calls).
• Provide consultations to other specialties.
• Perform bone marrow procedures and administer chemotherapy.
• Participate in administrative, educational, and research activities.
• Supervise sub-consultants, residents, and junior staff.
• Engage in hospital and departmental committees as required.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain clinical excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the chairman or division head.
