Requirements:

• Education: MBBS (or equivalent), Saudi Board in Pediatrics (or equivalent).
• Experience: ≥ 7 years post-training.
• Certifications: BLS & PALS (renewed every 2 years).
• Language Skills: Essential – English; Preferred – Arabic.
• Computer Skills: Basic or preferred.

Principal Duties:

• Deliver inpatient and outpatient care in General Pediatrics.
• Serve as Most Responsible Physician (MRP) or covering physician during on-call, holidays, and rest hours.
• Coordinate patient care plans and referrals.
• Provide consultations within the department and organization.
• Perform approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Participate in on-call duties and quality improvement programs.
• Supervise and mentor subordinates.
• Serve on committees as assigned.
