Job Purpose:

• Deliver exceptional surgical care aligned with Saudi Arabian National Guard – Health Affairs (NGHA) standards, emphasizing patient safety, satisfaction, and adherence to Joint Commission guidelines.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Accredited residency in General Surgery.
• Specialty Board Certification approved by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
• Minimum of 7 years post-training experience, including at least 2 years in a tertiary care center (1 year abroad acceptable to NGHA).
• English proficiency (essential); Arabic preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical care within General Surgery under approved privileges.
• Supervise and mentor residents and assistants during procedures.
• Fulfill administrative and academic duties, including CME participation, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend all division meetings and educational programs, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
