Requirements:

• Medical degree from NGHA-recognized school.
• 8+ years post-qualification, with 3+ years in tertiary care and 1 year abroad.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is beneficial.

Key Duties:

• Oversee patient care, manage surgical procedures, and supervise junior staff.
• Conduct teaching rounds, lectures, and evaluate residents.
• Participate in research and support junior staff projects.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
