Requirements:

• Education:
• Graduate from NGHA-recognized medical school.
• Completion of accredited residency training.
• Certification by a specialty board approved by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
• Experience:
• 7+ years total (training and post-training) with 2+ years in a tertiary care center.
• 1+ year abroad in a program acceptable to NGHA.
• Skills:
• English proficiency required; Arabic beneficial.
• Basic computer skills.

Key Duties:

• Provide specialized surgical care within approved privileges.
• Supervise and assist in surgeries as required.
• Fulfill administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
• Actively participate in education, research, and CME programs.
• Maintain clinic and OR scheduling, ensuring proper approvals for leaves.
• Attend divisional and educational meetings.
• Support quality management initiatives and foster teamwork.
