Role: Provide top-quality orthopedic care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction per NGHA and Joint Commission standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Medical degree, accredited residency, and specialty board certification.
• Experience: 7+ years (2 years in a tertiary care center, 1 year abroad preferred).
• Skills: English (Level I), Arabic (Essential), Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise surgeries within approved privileges.
• Mentor residents and participate in CME and research.
• Attend meetings and fulfill administrative duties as assigned.
• Submit leave requests (TRA) with proper approvals.
• Maintain availability during working hours and while in town.
• Support teamwork and quality management.
