Role: Deliver high-quality pediatric surgical care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, aligned with NGHA and Joint Commission standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Medical degree, accredited residency, and specialty board certification.
• Experience: 7+ years (2 years in a tertiary care center, 1 year abroad preferred).
• Skills: English (Level 1), Arabic (Preferred), Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surgeries within approved privileges and supervise assistants as required.
• Mentor residents, participate in CME, research, and quality programs.
• Attend division meetings and fulfill assigned administrative duties.
• Submit approved leave requests (TRA) through proper channels.
• Maintain availability during work hours and while in town.
• Foster teamwork within the division.
