Basic Function:
Deliver high-quality, independent care as a Consultant Neonatologist, ensuring cost-effective management and coordination of patient care in alignment with NGHA’s mission and values.

Requirements:

• Education: MBBS, Saudi Board or equivalent, and accredited 2-3 years Neonatology Fellowship.
• Experience: ≥7 years post-training.
• Certifications: BLS and NRP (every 2 years).
• Languages: Essential – English (Level 1); Preferred – Arabic.
• Computer Skills: Preferred – Level 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard inpatient and outpatient care in Neonatology.
• Serve as Most Responsible Physician (MRP) or covering physician during absences/on-call.
• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and consultations across services.
• Perform approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Participate in on-call coverage, quality improvement, and committees.
• Supervise subordinates and support educational and training initiatives.
• Engage in research, advocacy, and professional development.
• Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and by-laws.
