Basic Function:
Provide excellent urological care while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, adhering to NGHA’s mission, vision, values, and Joint Commission standards.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Graduate from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Specialty board certification approved by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
• Experience:
• 7 years of training and post-training experience, including 2 years in a tertiary care center post-certification.
• At least 1 year of international experience acceptable to NGHA.
• English: Essential (Level 1)
• Arabic: Basic
• Computer: Basic

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws and maintain high-quality urological care.
• Perform surgeries within approved privileges and supervise assistants as necessary.
• Be available during working hours and ensure on-call readiness.
• Undertake administrative duties as assigned by leadership.
• Comply with CME requirements set by the Saudi Specialization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
