Nationality- Any
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Administration / PMP / Operations)
Requirements
- 5 years of Experience in HR (Admin + GRO)
- Communication strength (English / Arabic must)
- Sole responsibility for HR representation during Ministry visits to the Company.
- Conduct the new joiner orientation including office tour and plan their Business Orientation.
- Administrate the visa process including new visa, visa renewal, entry & exit visa and visa cancellation.
- Coordinate with PR agency to get the regulation updates and amendments on regular basis.
- Medical Insurance
- Administrate the addition and deletion under the medical insurance policy of for the region.
- Handle employee inquiries and direct them to the right channel
- Handle the annual medical & life insurance renewal process.
- System & Record Management
- Create and Update employee records in HR system in timely manner.
- Maintain the employee’s files as per the internal guidelines.
- Track & inform employees contract expiration to LM & Head of Employee Experience for renewal or cancellation.
- Strong hold on Compliance.
