Nationality- Any
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Administration / PMP / Operations)

Requirements

  • 5 years of Experience in HR (Admin + GRO)
  • Communication strength (English / Arabic must)
  • Sole responsibility for HR representation during Ministry visits to the Company.
  • Conduct the new joiner orientation including office tour and plan their Business Orientation.
  • Administrate the visa process including new visa, visa renewal, entry & exit visa and visa cancellation.
  • Coordinate with PR agency to get the regulation updates and amendments on regular basis.
  • Medical Insurance
  • Administrate the addition and deletion under the medical insurance policy of for the region.
  • Handle employee inquiries and direct them to the right channel
  • Handle the annual medical & life insurance renewal process.
  • System & Record Management
  • Create and Update employee records in HR system in timely manner.
  • Maintain the employee’s files as per the internal guidelines.
  • Track & inform employees contract expiration to LM & Head of Employee Experience for renewal or cancellation.
  • Strong hold on Compliance.
