Basic Function:
Ensure excellence in surgical management, patient safety, and satisfaction, adhering to Joint Commission standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Medical degree recognized by NGHA (E).
• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in an NGHA-acceptable facility (E).
• Language Skills: English (Level 1, E); Arabic preferred.
• Computer Skills: Beneficial.

Principal Duties:

• Adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Be available for contact while in town.
• Work under the Section Head’s supervision.
• Contribute to quality management initiatives.
• Fulfill CME requirements for Saudi specialization.
• Obtain TRA approval before leave.
• Foster teamwork within the ENT Division.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
