Division: General Surgery

Basic Function:
Provide high-quality surgical care aligned with NGHA’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Maintain care standards in compliance with Joint Commission requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree recognized by NGHA.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a healthcare facility acceptable to NGHA.
• Languages: English (Preferred), Arabic (Basic).
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Deliver surgical care within approved privileges.
• Be available and productive during working hours and on-call.
• Operate under Section Head supervision.
• Participate in resident education and divisional meetings.
• Support quality management and CME requirements.
• Obtain leave approval through proper channels.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
