Department: Medicine
Division: Internal Medicine

Basic Function:
Provide patient care under close supervision of the most responsible physician (MRP). Not authorized to admit patients or run tertiary care clinics independently.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree recognized by NGHA.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Internal Medicine in an acceptable healthcare facility; Residency training preferred.
• Languages: English (Essential), Arabic (Preferred).
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-standard inpatient and outpatient care under consultant supervision.
• Provide consultation services to other divisions under direct supervision.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within granted privileges.
• Participate in on-call coverage as per divisional rules.
• Engage in research, education, and departmental committees as directed.
• Adhere to departmental and organizational policies, APPS, and IPPs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
