Basic Function:
Provide patient care in Anatomic Pathology under Consultant Pathologist supervision. Does not sign or validate pathology reports without Consultant validation.

Essential & Preferred Requirements:

• Education: Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Pathology and Anatomic Pathology in a tertiary care center.
• Languages: English (Essential), Arabic (Preferred).
• Computer Skills: Expert (Beneficial).

Principal Duties:

• Provide high-standard patient care in Anatomic Pathology.
• Offer consultation services under supervision to other departments.
• Perform gross and microscopic specimen examination based on privileges.
• Participate in on-call coverage.
• Contribute to research, educational activities, and departmental committees.
• Comply with departmental and organizational rules.
• Utilize resources effectively and participate in Quality Improvement.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards.
• Show respect to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as directed.
