Department: Emergency Medicine
Reporting to: Chairman via Section Head, RAM

Basic Function:
Provide efficient patient care and support departmental operations under the mission and values of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs. Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hospital by-laws, and applicable laws, while maintaining professional performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS or equivalent, preferably trained or certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS; SCHS registration and valid Saudi license required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Skills:
• English: Level I (Essential), Arabic (Preferred).
• Computer: Level III (Essential).
• Strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care during assigned shifts based on qualifications and credentials.
• Ensure accurate documentation in medical records (ED Charts/Best Care).
• Assist with ED policies and procedures development and updates.
• Stay updated on departmental standards, policies, and certifications (BLS & ACLS).
• Support disaster response plans and annual performance appraisals.
